An Armenian expression that penetrates through us is, "Koffen letsroo galisem". Directly translated, it means pour the coffee and I will be there.
In essence, this promotes togetherness, belonging. It almost disregards the idea that a truly spectacular coffee experience is stirred up by the water to coffee ratio, the extraction time, the heat retention or any of the other physical make up.
Instead, it embodies, backs up the very real, unfiltered, and wondrous element of the human.
